Cancellation Policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

At TradeNow<\/strong>, we understand that customers may sometimes need to change their minds after placing an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when an order can be cancelled and how refunds are handled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Customer Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Customers may request cancellation of an order at any time before the order is dispatched<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled under this Cancellation Policy. Any subsequent return or refund request will be handled according to TradeNow’s Refund & Returns Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. How to Request Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Customers should contact TradeNow through the available customer support channels as soon as possible after deciding to cancel an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers should provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Customer name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reason for cancellation, where requested<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    TradeNow will check the current status of the order before confirming the cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Cancellation Before Dispatch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If the cancellation request is received and the order has not yet been dispatched<\/strong>, TradeNow will cancel the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For prepaid orders, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    For COD orders, no payment refund is required because payment has not yet been collected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Cancellation After Dispatch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Once an order has been dispatched, the customer cannot cancel the order through the cancellation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If the customer no longer wants the product after dispatch, they may need to receive the order and submit a return request where eligible under TradeNow’s Refund & Returns Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If the customer refuses to receive a dispatched COD order, the order may be treated as a failed delivery and may affect the customer’s eligibility for future COD orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Refund for Cancelled Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Where a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, TradeNow will provide a full refund of the amount paid<\/strong> to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method, payment provider, bank, or financial institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Vendor-Initiated Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In certain circumstances, TradeNow or a vendor may need to cancel an order before dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This may occur because of circumstances such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Product being unavailable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Incorrect stock information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Product pricing or listing errors<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Vendor unable to fulfil the order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Operational or delivery limitations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Other circumstances affecting order fulfilment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      If a prepaid order is cancelled by TradeNow or the vendor before dispatch, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. Orders Containing Multiple Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If an order contains products from multiple vendors, cancellation may depend on the status of each individual product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Where one or more products have already been dispatched, those products may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may instead be subject to TradeNow’s Refund & Returns Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. Cancellation Confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      TradeNow will confirm the cancellation where the request is successfully processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Customers should retain the cancellation confirmation for their records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. Changes to This Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      TradeNow reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Any updated version will be published on this page with the revised date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
