Welcome to TradeNow. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the TradeNow website, marketplace, products, services, and related features.
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, selling through, or otherwise using TradeNow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. About TradeNow
TradeNow is an online marketplace operating in Bangladesh that enables customers to discover and purchase products and provides facilities for eligible pre-owned products to be submitted for potential listing and sale.
Certain products may be sold directly by TradeNow, while others may be offered through marketplace arrangements or our pre-owned product service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use services that involve purchases, sales, payments, or other contractual commitments.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to TradeNow is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Customer Accounts
Some TradeNow services may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for activities conducted through your account.
Please notify TradeNow promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
4. Products and Listings
We aim to provide clear and accurate information about products listed on TradeNow, including descriptions, images, prices, availability, and condition where applicable.
However, product images may be illustrative, and colours or appearance may vary depending on the product, photography, lighting, or device display.
For pre-owned products, the actual condition of an item may differ from a brand-new equivalent. Customers should carefully review the product description, photographs, condition rating, and other information before purchasing.
5. Prices
Product prices will generally be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) unless otherwise stated.
TradeNow may change prices, promotions, discounts, or offers from time to time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, subject to correction of genuine pricing or listing errors and applicable law.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
TradeNow may verify product availability, payment information, delivery information, or other relevant details before confirming an order.
We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, information provided is incorrect, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or an obvious listing or pricing error has occurred.
Where payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedures and applicable law.
7. Payments
Customers must use the payment methods made available during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Additional terms imposed by banks, mobile financial services, payment gateways, or other payment providers may also apply.
8. Delivery
Delivery availability, charges, and estimated delivery times may depend on the customer’s location, product type, seller, courier service, and other circumstances.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
9. Pre-Owned Products
TradeNow allows customers to submit eligible pre-owned products for review and potential listing.
Submitting an item does not automatically guarantee that it will be accepted or listed.

TradeNow may request additional information, photographs, proof of ownership, identification, or other information where reasonably necessary before accepting an item.
10. Product Condition
Sellers must describe the condition of pre-owned products honestly and accurately.
TradeNow may use condition categories such as:
Like New β Barely used, fully functional, and in excellent condition with little or no visible wear.
Excellent β Lightly used, fully functional, and well maintained with only minor signs of wear.
Good β Used regularly and fully functional, with some visible signs of wear such as minor scratches or marks.
Fair β Well-used but functional, with noticeable signs of wear, scratches, marks, or cosmetic imperfections.
TradeNow may review or adjust a condition classification if the submitted information does not reasonably match the selected condition.
11. Seller Responsibilities
By submitting a pre-owned product, you confirm that:
- You own the product or have legal authority to sell it.
- The product is not stolen, counterfeit, prohibited, or unlawfully obtained.
- The information and photographs you provide are accurate.
- You have disclosed known faults, damage, defects, or material issues.
- You have the legal right to sell the product.
- The product complies with applicable laws and TradeNow requirements.
TradeNow may refuse, remove, suspend, or cancel a listing where these requirements are not satisfied.
12. Prohibited Products
TradeNow reserves the right to prohibit products that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, restricted, misleading, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable for the marketplace.
TradeNow may reject or remove a product without publishing it where the product does not meet our marketplace requirements.
13. Review and Approval
TradeNow may review information provided by sellers before listing pre-owned products.
Approval by TradeNow should not be interpreted as a guarantee regarding the quality, safety, authenticity, performance, or future reliability of a product unless TradeNow expressly provides such a guarantee.
Buyers should review all available product information before completing a purchase.
14. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Eligibility for cancellation, return, replacement, or refund may depend on the product, reason for the request, product condition, seller arrangement, and applicable TradeNow policy.
Customers should refer to the relevant Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed procedures, eligibility requirements, and applicable timeframes.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that customers may have under applicable Bangladesh law.
15. Marketplace Conduct
Users must not use TradeNow to:
- Commit or facilitate fraud.
- Provide intentionally false information.
- Sell stolen or counterfeit goods.
- Manipulate prices, reviews, ratings, or transactions.
- Attempt unauthorized access to TradeNow systems.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Harass other users or TradeNow personnel.
- Use the marketplace for unlawful activities.
TradeNow may restrict or terminate access where serious or repeated violations occur.
16. Intellectual Property
TradeNow’s website design, branding, logos, graphics, written content, and other materials owned by TradeNow are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit TradeNow-owned content without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Sellers retain responsibility for ensuring that photographs, descriptions, trademarks, and other materials they provide do not infringe another person’s rights.
17. Third-Party Services
TradeNow may use third-party services such as payment gateways, delivery providers, hosting providers, analytics services, and communication platforms.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
TradeNow is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control involving independent third-party providers, subject to applicable law.
18. Limitation of Liability
TradeNow will take reasonable steps to operate the marketplace safely and reliably.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradeNow will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from misuse of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
19. Privacy
TradeNow may collect and process personal information required to operate the marketplace, process orders, communicate with customers and sellers, prevent fraud, and provide its services.

20. Changes to These Terms
TradeNow may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our services, marketplace operations, policies, or applicable requirements.
The updated version will be published on the TradeNow website with an updated revision date.
Continued use of TradeNow after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those terms where permitted by applicable law.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes relating to these Terms or the use of TradeNow will be handled in accordance with applicable Bangladesh law and the jurisdiction of the competent courts or other legally applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms.
